UPD was established in April 2014 and answerable to Deputy Vice Chancellor Office, is dedicated to championing advance learning technology and enhancing the quality and availability of academic digital learning. We strive to enrich the quality of higher education life for UNISEL citizens and beyond by providing access to effective life long education programs through academic excellence content and innovative delivery technologies aligned with the advancement of global education. The focus of UPD is to comply to Dasar e-Pembelajaran Negara (DePAN2.0, 2019) which has been drafted and enforced by the Ministry of Education (MOE). 

We work with the motivation of providing the most productive facilities and training to e-learning users to help the growth of learning environment in UNISEL in creating the graduates fit for Industrial Revolution 4.0. 

We believe that this platform would serve as an environment which is accessible, safe, and mindful of diversity, and the intrinsic value of every individual as well as venue for lecturers and students to consistently practicing open, candid, timely, and respectful communications.
